IT Services Done Differently
We're all in this together
We're in this business to help other small businesses learn and grow. It's as simple as that. We're driven by the philosophy that if we help local businesses solve their IT issues so they can become more profitable and successful, then we will inherently grow along with them. There is no catch. No gimmick. Just experience and best practices that we've honed over the years to make our services work for your business needs.
Just like you, I know how much of a hassle it can be dealing with IT troubles. It's expensive, it's time consuming, and it's downright frustrating. Your employees want to work, but if their workstations aren't working or the server is unreachable they can't do their jobs.
In large part I started Internetek because I saw a need. As a SysAdmin in corporate IT I experienced the headache of dealing with unreliable vendors, being transferred a dozen times, sitting on hold, and being "nickle and dimed" to death. I wanted to make life easier. One person to call. One bill to pay. Someone that cares how your company is doing and wants to make life better.
When someone joins my team I look for certain core values. Starting out the technical experience isn't actually as important as that can be learned or taught. It's still important but it's not the only thing. I interview on how they work with our clients and value those that will care and do something with that. My team will spend time with your company, learn what drives your culture, and work towards solutions that fit your needs. I believe that if there's a problem that problem needs to be fixed. This is why I hire engineers instead of sales people. We may not be the best at selling but we're the best at fixing what needs to be fixed and making sure it stays fixed.
When you work with my team we'll keep you working. You'll have one person on the other end of the phone that handles everything for you. You'll get one bill that covers everything we do. With Internetek we are your Atlas. We'll hold the sky up and guide the way.
